OHARISI DESCRIBES OKOWA AS A GIFT TO DELTANS
The member representing Ughelli North 2 constituency in the Delta state House of Assembly, Hon. Eric Oharisi, has urged Deltans to throw their weights behind governor Okowa's second term bid because of his laudable projects across the state despite the paucity of funds.
The lawmaker was speaking in Asaba during a meeting with stake holders.
Oharisi observed that governor Okowa had also done remarkably well in the area of workers salaries, by paying promptly. He said the federal allocation coming to the state and the IGR, was less than the state wage bill describing governor Okowa as a gift sent by God to put smiles on the faces of Deltans.
Oharisi who is a first timer in the House, also received commendations from his constituents for his empowerment programmes and creditable representation in the House. They prayed God to bless him with more wisdom that will take him to greater heights.
