FLAGNEWS- OBI OF OWA PLAYS HOST TO AZINGE FOR SCHOOL OF NURSING ACCREDITATION
By Andy Adaigbe The Obi of Owa kingdom in Ika North East local government area, and chairman, Delta state council of traditional rulers, Dr. Emmanuel Efeizomor the second, has stressed the importance of availabilty of qualified doctors and nurses in the hospitals. The monarch was speaking when he played host to the officials of the Delta state ministry of Health led by the commissioner in the ministry, Dr. Nicholas Azinge in his palace at Owa Oyibu in Ika North East Local Government Area. The Obi said the government and all relevant authorities should give priority attention to medical practitioners who will in turn administer quality health care services to patients. He posited that if qualified medical practitioners are available in large numbers, there would be low mortality rate and quality health care services would be guaranteed.
