CONGRATULATIONS, CHIEF AYIRI.





I, Dr. (Chief) Cairo Ojougboh congratulate chief Emani Ayiri on bagging the prestigeous Ologbotsere title as conferred on him by His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli, the Olu of Warri. May I on behalf of myself, my family and good people of Agbor kingdom rejoice with you my brother, chief Ayiri on your new status as the traditional prime minister of the great and ancient Itsekiri nation. I have no doubt whatsoever that as a vibrant and intelligent young man so passionate on all issues concerning your people and their welbeing, you will function effectively well as the new Ologbotsere of Warri".

I call on those who had a different view to his installation to have a rethink and throw their weight behind him and support him to succeed in his new assignment in the overall interest of every Itsekiri sons and daughters, home and in diaspora. The chief Ayiri we all know is a man with a humble mien and reputable integrity whose commitment to the service of God and the advancement of his people is second to none.

I also want to use this opportunity to call on the Itsekiri people not to be silent in the face of the gross misgovernance prevailing in the state today under Gov. Okowa but to speak out against obvious misrule and injustice without fear or favor as power and salvation belong to God.

We pray God Almighty to grant chief Ayiri the wisdom, strength and longevity of life to soar and excel in his new responsibility and capacity as the Ologbotsere.

Agbor Monarch Unleashes Royal Rain On Assembly Hopeful

The Dein of Agbor kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Benjamin Ikenchukwu Keagborekuzi 1, has given Amb Paul Alika, a Delta House of Assembly aspirant for the Ika South constituency, a royal blessings and a complimentary title to the father Prof. Alika, in his palace at Agbor.  According to the king, the Assembly aspirant had done remarkably well for the kingdom and his community in particular, and as such, he deserved to be given the mandate to represent the good people of Ika south, in the state House of Assembly.  The Dein of Agbor commended the parents Prof and Prof (Mrs.) Alika, for the good upbringing given to their son,  Amb Paul Alika. PDP ANIOCHA NORTH PASSES VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON OKOWA, OTHERS

The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, in Aniocha North Local Government Area has passed a vote of confidence on Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa and the Delta state PDP hierarchy.  In a statement signed by the executive of the PDP Aniocha North, the vote of confidence was moved In an enlarged meeting of the PDP Members and Local Government Executive at the Aniocha North Local Government Area Secretariat Issele-Uku Delta State on 13th February, 2018.   Also passed, was a vote of confidence on Barr.
